A Bit About The Role

This is a full-time role based in Kingston, London. The primary responsibility of the Professional Services Product Consultant is to provide ongoing support of Imagine’s AdTech products in the UK and Europe region, while on occasion also providing Global support – in particular Landmark Sales, GamePlan and SureFire. This includes using Business Analyst skills, support of a variety of software solutions, training for customers and assisting with pre-sales and implementation projects.

  • Engage with clients to understand business needs, challenges and objectives for software solutions
  • Working with the delivery teams, supporting the implementation of Imagine’s software products, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing client specific requirements
  • Deliver compelling and customized product presentations, demos and training sessions to clients
  • Take ownership of customer support requests through to conclusion including regular updates to the customer.
  • Conduct detailed workflow analysis and recommend appropriate software configurations or customizations.
  • Be an advocate for the customer, build positive working relationships with the customer
  • Participate in product planning and product roadmap sessions, providing input based on customer feedback.
  • Working with the internal teams of Professional Services, Sales, Customer Support, Product and Development teams

About You

  • Expert knowledge and hands on experience with Landmark Sales or similar Airtime Sales systems
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and Technology
  • Proven problem-solving ability, adaptability and delivery experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging clients and internal teams
  • Ability to form strong, effective relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple issues, projects simultaneously, with local and remote teams as well as customers within the UK & Europe region.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and solutions and become a part of the Imagine solution for those AdTech products.
  • Familiarity with product management software (JIRA) and collaborative tools (Confluence, Salesforce)
