A Bit About The Role

We are looking for an individual to take on a newly created role within our digital team, as a Marketing Traffic Coordinator. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all marketing briefs across the business. This role is pivotal in streamlining all responses from the receipt of creative/campaign briefs to delivery, ensuring that all projects meet the requirements of the business, and all deliverables are received on schedule.

  • Create, develop and maintain workflows, project boards, forms and templates on Asana for all incoming briefs.
  • Develop and communicate project plans to ensure the delivery of all projects to schedule.
  • Log all incoming briefs and assigning where appropriate.
  • Lead weekly briefing meetings and follow up on any action points arising.
  • Work with agencies to schedule jobs and move them through the various stages of development.
  • Work closely between stakeholders and production to ensure work is prioritised accordingly.
  • Highlight potential risks or delays and act proactively to resolve issues between content requestors and production team.
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects and ways of working, to drive continuous improvement across the teams.

About You

  • 5 years+ experience in project management related role
  • Agile certified would-be a plus.
  • Attention to detail & data driven.
  • Significant experience using Asana (preferred) or another project management tool.
  • Experience working withing SFDC and Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience working across different media types (ie design, social media, marketing, production).
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills, with third parties and partners.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and independently.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient experience with MS Office.
