    Imagine’s Professional Service Teams provide internal and external clients training on the next generation technologies that deliver video to millions of viewers worldwide over the Internet, satellite, terrestrial and cable networks. Our Targeted Delivery products may be behind the video you will watch tonight whether it is delivered through your favorite Internet streaming service or through a set-top box. We work on a wide range of video products leveraging an even wider set of technologies and tools. Imagines’ Ad Tech solutions are helping customers optimize inventory and pricing while providing enhanced monetization through targeted delivery with Dynamic Ad Insertion. We are a passionate and collaborative group of engineers who take pride in the products we make and have fun doing so. We are currently seeking a Project Specialist to provide training and develop an educational curriculum for our Targeted Delivery staff, customers and partners.


    The Product Specialist will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in both developing and delivering training curriculum and module content training in technologies that make up our Targeted Delivery portfolio. This role will be responsible to develop, organize and provide on-site and remote training to end users and will also be responsible for the training and onboarding requirements for additional Product Specialists for this product portfolio. This individual must be able to work independently and extensive experience in developing and executing training plans and client facing educational materials for our Targeted Delivery Portfolio. This individual must have strong project management, technical and analytical skills.  Working knowledge of the television origination and distribution industry, including OTT video would be helpful. This position will be working within a matrixed organization to collaborate across functional areas and Subject Matter experts in the Targeted Delivery portfolio.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training.
    • Provide initial system application orientation training on a regular basis for all new and existing staff
    • Develop an extensive working knowledge of Imagine’s Targeted Delivery product suite.
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of application technologies and processes to ensure current best practice training delivery
    • Work with operations positions and subject matter experts to ensure training needs are met
    • Conduct learning needs assessments to evaluate the trainee performance and develop training as required
    • Maintain and revise training documentation and guides to ensure that technical and client facing documentation is up to date
    • Work and collaborate with members of the product team daily, as well as adjacent teams to ensure knowledge transfer on new system features and platform changes
    • Monitor and drive resolution of all project issues
    • Provide the knowledge, leadership, enthusiasm, and vision necessary to ensure multiple projects have exceptional quality, project management oversight, and control
    • Communicate effectively with customers at all levels, monitoring and reporting on updates to open issues, current and future initiatives, and all matters of concern to the customer.
    • Ability to learn and understand Imagine Communications Targeted Delivery software products and implementation requirements.
    • Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as-needed basis.
    • Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.



    • Bachelor’s degree
    • PMP Certification
    • Business experience + 3 - 5 years proven Project Management experience and/or experience in video streaming, local cable advertising workflows or broadcast media industry operations
    • Ability to form strong, effective relationships with customers at all levels, from executive to end user.
    • Expertise at driving projects from start to finish, while creating realistic schedules, appropriately setting customer expectations, proactively identifying and managing risks, and adjusting to changing priorities
    • Ability to manage several projects of a highly complex nature simultaneously, with local and remote teams as well as external partners
    • Strong communication – verbal and written skills and people skills
    • On-site implementation experience a plus
    • Management experience in communicating, monitoring, coaching, developing, enforcing policies, procedures and productivity standards
