    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    The Solution Specialist provides expert technical presales support across Imagine Communications IP and cloud-based, software-defined solution sets with a particular emphasis on integrated playout, automation and asset management, video servers and master control, routing, multi-viewers, and processing.

     

    Taking on accountable for all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including drawing up of detailed quotations, requiring regular coordination and information exchange with other internal stakeholders, who together are responsible for the delivery of Imagine’s solutions to the market and individual customers.

     

    This role will support the Regional Sales Manager who has ultimate responsibility for commercial negotiations.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achievement of the team and/or individual revenue and orders targets
    • Promote the features and benefits of Imagine’s Playout and Networking portfolio
    • Map Imagine solutions to customer requirements
    • Provide feedback to Product Line on customer requirements and competitive positioning

     

    Qualifications

    Key Requirements:

    1. Excellent technical knowledge to be able to understand, support and resolve customer requirements
    2. Proven track record in a similar role
    3. Good knowledge of production and playout workflows
    4. Track record of building relationships with customers at all levels inspiring trust and credibility
    5. Ability to work to deadlines
