    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    We are looking for a Bid Manager to be responsible for the generation of technically innovative and highest quality proposals and tender documentation for the Middle East & South Asia (MESA) region manage customer projects.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple simultaneous projects. The role includes the management of project scope, Change Control process, scheduling resources, issue and risk management.


    The Bid Manager will be expected to liaise with Bid stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Sales, Presales, and system architects to ensure delivery of the best RFP/Bids response. Interacting on a regular basis with customers to provide status on Bids preparation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of multi-product proposals and tender responses
    • Presentation of proposals and responses to customers
    • Ensuring all bids and proposals from Imagine Communications are prepared with a consistent high level of quality
    • Leading the bid review process, organizing review participants
    • Providing excellent customer facing pre-sales support for the Account Managers to assist directly, or indirectly, in customer requirements analysis and RFP/RFQ assessment
    • Managing both internal and external communications
    • Engaging with manufacturers and System Integrators when related 3rd Party products and services are required
    • Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
    • Liaise with Sales & Support team on Support Renewal contracts.
    • Help Inside Sales in creating quotes for the daily/weekly requests.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelors (Or equivalent work experience)
    • 5 - 7 years of Bid Management experience in a Sales & technical environment managing complex bids– preference for experience in the television, broadcast or media industries.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in establishing and managing stakeholder relationships. Great presentation and strong structured documentation skills
    • Ability to lead in a self-directed manner in a geographically diverse environment.
    • Proficiency with MS Office & preferably on Salesforce.
    • A second Arabic and / or South Asia Language is desirable
