    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to gather product requirements, prioritize feature implementations, and improving the overall user experience.  The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas of improvement, and developing and implementing solutions for media software
    • Performing requirements analysis
    • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
    • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
    • Documenting and communicating the results of meeting with stakeholders
    • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
    • Conducting meetings and communicating the results for requirements gathering
    • Working closely with engineering in an Agile Method environment to foster the delivery of the requirements
    • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
    • Performing user acceptance testing
    • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
    • Create support and training documents for internal and external users


    Key Requirements:

    • Previous work as Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar role
    • Previous experience with media business workflows or software preferred
    • Experience with Agile Method approach to software development preferred
    • Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft TFS
    • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
