    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    We are looking for a Project Manager to manage customer projects.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple simultaneous projects. The role includes the management of project scope, Change Control process, scheduling resources, issue and risk management.


    The Project Manager will be expected to liaise with project stakeholders including developers and system architects to ensure delivery of project deliverables. Interacting on a regular basis with customers to provide status on project activities.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as single point of contact for the client for the project and provide overall direction to the Imagine project team.
    • Ensure project scope, schedule and cost are clearly documented in Project SOW (and associated CR’s) and understood by both IC and Customer stakeholders, Service Level Agreements are met, and client expectations are understood and exceeded.
    • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal/external customers, ensuring objectives and customer satisfaction are achieved.
    • Project Success - Successfully meet targeted project timeline (Target vs. Actual) and successfully meet project objectives along with successful project CSAT reports.
    • Project Profitability - Successfully achieve project margin within an agreed variance from the expected project margin.
    • Project reporting to key stakeholders - Communicate periodic project updates, at a level appropriate to key stakeholders, on current project status, health, upcoming milestones, tasks achieved, tasks to do, current issues and risks.  Maintaining this information in designated Project Management tools.
    • Construct and maintain a detailed project schedule, which includes at a minimum:
      • The overall schedule of activities and deliverables; baselined with current progress
      • Identification and management of resource usage and costs
      • Constraints (interdependencies between activities and/or deliverables);
      • Pre-requisites and assumptions for the client responsibilities and deliverables;
      • Manage, coordinate, track, and report progress of, project activities.
      • Identifies the critical path and potential issues and remediation.
    • Negotiate suitable project resourcing in conjunction with Professional Services management team.
    • Ownership of all project documentation maintained in a central repository
    • Manage the lifecycle of project delivery from contract signature through design, build, acceptance and hand-over to support phases.
    • Own the Change Management Process to manage scope changes, document all changes and agree additional paid efforts where applicable.
    • Ownership of the associated client and internal meetings including tracking of deliverables arising from these.
    • Contribute process improvement opportunities and lessons learned with the team, functional areas and communicate recommendations


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelaor’s or advanced degree in the related field coupled with Project Management certification and ITIL foundation level certification
    • 5 - 7 years of project management experience in a technical environment managing complex projects – preference for experience in the television, broadcast or media industries.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated proficiency in establishing and managing stakeholder relationships. Great presentation and strong structured documentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage direct and indirect resources and provide direction, coaching, and
    • Ability to lead in a self-directed manner in a geographically diverse environment.
    • Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities and ability to see around corners and creatively address inhibitors to success.
    • Proficiency with MS Office and high proficiency with MS Project
    • Proven track record integrating strategy, business process, technology, change management, project delivery
    • A small amount of regional travel may be required.
