    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    The Quote Engineering Manager leads the Quote Engineering team in a technical leadership and first level management role.  The Quote Engineering Team is responsible for all quote support for Sales.  The Quote Engineering Manager controls and distributes workload within the Quote Engineering team.   Key internal stakeholders are Sales, Sales Engineering, Bid Management, Product Management, and Marketing.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to quote requests from with precise, high quality, winning quotes and bids.
    • Provide quote, bid and proposal support for Imagine’s North American Sales team.
    • Manage communications and collaborate between several internal teams including sales, product, marketing, engineering.
    • Maintain extensive knowledge on product portfolio, current quote tools and CRM (currently Salesforce).
    • Maintain the capability to personally perform all required quote generations tasks while managing the Quote Engineering Team.

    Qualifications

    Key Requirements:

    • 10+ years experience in a quote preparation management role for a technical business, preferably the broadcast media industry.
    • Extensive experience preparing customer quotes, bids and proposals.
    • Experience managing internal stakeholders and subject matter experts who supply information necessary for customer quotes, bids and proposals.
    • Strong MS Office experience, CRM (Salesforce).
    • Keen managerial skills and proven ability to work in a self-directed manner, leading a team to meet deadlines.
