    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    This role calls for the associate to be 100% accountable and own the customer engagement relationship for all orders, including Returns (RMAs) and billing contracts. Ongoing contact and transparency to customers regarding their order and contract statuses. Build and foster relationships with internal customers and partners (incl.: Finance, SCM, Customer Service, Factories, Hubs…) to drive on-time delivery to and invoicing customers. This role is considered a key position as it will be focused on assisting all Business Units. Must take ownership of the shipping documents and certification required to export internationally. Responsible for accurate and on time billing of contracts.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and process all orders & contracts
    • Proactively identify if an order requires customer specific configuration, specifications or documents
    • Engage the Config Specialist to ensure customer specs are achieved
    • Correctly Identify all billing requirements from legal contracts
    • Review SCM’s daily clean order report to identify orders being delayed due to ‘config’ issues
    • Escalate delayed orders to OM Lead Associate and Snr. Mgr – OM Mgmt & Fulfillment
    • Daily review & action of the order backlog reports and audits
    • Daily review & action all pending contracts
    • Monitor, modify & or create shipping documents
    • Follow up with logistics network partners on all relevant orders
    • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with internal partners/customers
    • Responsible for accurate billing and invoicing
    • Create and maintain team reports to be used by upper management


    Key Requirements:

    • College degree
    • 5 years of work related experience
    • Working knowledge with Oracle business systems
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
    • Superior customer engagement skills
    • Tenacious attitude to resolve customer issues
    • Ability to work independently
    • Understands the value of teamwork
    • Highly focused and results oriented
    • Comfortable in working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced business environment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professionalism and a positive attitude
    • A second language would be considered an asset
