    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    Based in our Munich office, the Pre-Sales Engineer will work in conjunction with Sales, responsible for the sale of Imagine Communication’s Playout and Networking Solutions in the defined territory NCER. This will require regular coordination and information exchange with other internal stakeholders, who together are responsible for the delivery of Imagine’s solutions to the market.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare technical solutions and work on RFI and RFP´s based on customer requirements
    • Present proposals to customers (internal and external)
    • Understand customer needs and expectations in order to provide targeted technical solutions
    • Achievement of revenue and orders targets
    • Working with Sales teams on identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
    • Take ownership of being the product expert of the defined product group
    • Take ownership of the Company’s Demo system setup, demo´s & updates
    • Maintain customer relationships with regular visits
    • Participation in trade shows, client conferences, industry events etc. as required.


    Key Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in the Broadcast industry at a customer site, manufacturer or system integrator along with a good understanding of the competitive landscape.
    • Proven ability to set up, demonstrate and explain complex BC solutions
    • Prefer a familiarity with the products and markets within the Playout & Networking) industry
