This role calls for the associate to be 100% accountable and own the customer engagement relationship for all orders, including Returns (RMAs). Ongoing contact and transparency to customers regarding their order statuses is key. The successful candidate will build and foster relationships with internal customers and partners (incl.: Finance, SCM, Factories, Hubs…) to drive on-time delivery to customers. This role is considered a key position as it will be focused on our APAC region and must take ownership of the shipping documents and certification required to export internationally
