    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    This role calls for the associate to be 100% accountable and own the customer engagement relationship for all orders, including Returns (RMAs). Ongoing contact and transparency to customers regarding their order statuses is key. The successful candidate will build and foster relationships with internal customers and partners (incl.: Finance, SCM, Factories, Hubs…) to drive on-time delivery to customers. This role is considered a key position as it will be focused on our APAC region and must take ownership of the shipping documents and certification required to export internationally


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive and process all APAC orders
    • Proactively identify if an order requires customer specific configuration
    • Engage the Config Specialist to ensure customer specs are achieved
    • Review SCM’s daily clean order report to identify orders being delayed due to ‘config’ issues
    • Escalate delayed orders to OM Lead Associate and Snr. Mgr – OM Mgmt & Fulfillment
    • Daily review & action of the order backlog reports and audits
    • Monitor, modify & or create shipping documents
    • Follow up with logistics network partners on all relevant orders
    • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with internal partners/customers
    • Responsible for accurate billing and invoicing



    Key Requirements:

    • College degree
    • 2-3 years of work related experience
    • Working knowledge with Oracle business systems
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
    • Superior customer engagement skills
    • Tenacious attitude to resolve customer issues
    • Ability to work independently
    • Understands the value of teamwork
    • Highly focused and results oriented
    • Comfortable in working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced business environment
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professionalism and a positive attitude
    • Must be flexible and a team player with work scheduling
    • Experience with an Asian region customer base would be considered an asset
    • Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin language would be considered an asset
