    Job Description:

    Imagine Communications is a leader in the global market serving and providing products, systems and services to customers in more than 150 countries.


    The Professional Services Consultant will be responsible for contributing to the pre-sales, implementation and ongoing support of Imagine Advertising Management Systems products. This role entails a large amount of client facing interaction ‘Account Management’ and is not just a post implementation support position.


    Functional Responsibilities:

    • Assist in pre-sales activities as necessary
    • Undertake business analysis services both internally and externally to assist in defining workflows for use of AMS systems in client environments
    • Communicate ‘ to be’ workflows with client end-users
    • Configure installed system as per the agreement requirements
    • Provide end-user support
    • Be an advocate for the client, build positive working relationships with clients at all levels.
    • Take ownership of client support requests through to conclusion and ensure regular updates are given to clients on faults and other requests.
    • Respond to clients in accordance with the terms of their contractual Service Level Agreements.
    • Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of Imagine resources where necessary to ensure issue resolution.
    • Manage Statement of Work/Change Control process for changes to Imagine scope of work according to procedures to be mutually agreed.
    • Provide analysis to Product Group on product improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure documentation is prepared to required standards and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
    • Undertake training of internal and external clients in the use of Imagine products and business tools.
    • Provide billable services such as user training and support on-site implementations.
    • Guide clients on adapting their workflow and practices in order for them to be better positioned to exploit the existing functionality contained within Imagine products.
    • Participate in the post-implementation review process, providing lessons-learned and recommendations for future improvements for the consideration of Imagine and the client.
    • Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require


    Required Qualifications:

    • Large scale software implementation project experience in broadcast
    • Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive environment in APAC
    • Fluent in English
    • Willing to travel, approximately <10% of the time
    • Flexible schedule to enable meetings with stakeholders in other timezones
