    To provide product consultancy and support services to existing and potential clients. To work on the implementation of Imagine Communications software at client sites, providing user training and advice on clients’ operational workflow using Imagine Communications products. To be a product specialist, providing internal training and support.

    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver consultancy and training of internal and external clients in the use of Imagine Communications products and business tools
    • Provide user training and support on-site during implementations.
    • To take ownership of problems and ensure regular updates are given to clients on faults and other requests.
    • To use expertise and in-depth knowledge of Imagine Communications products and services to provide immediate assistance to clients and other staff whenever possible.
    • Development of e-Learning materials and ensure training documentation is prepared to required standards and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
    • To consider and make recommendations on initial set-up parameters and requirements, taking full account of present and future needs of the client.
    • To advise and guide clients on adapting their workflow and practices in order for them to be better positioned to exploit the existing functionality contained within Imagine Communications products.
    • To provide sales and account management teams with expert product and pre-sales support when necessary.
    • To build positive working relationships with clients at all levels.
    • Day to day client support and help-desk activities as and when required.
    • Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.
    • To ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 5 - 7 years’ experience supporting media software products, preferably broadcast software products.
    • Proficiency with delivering training/education on business systems software
    • Experience supporting business system software upgrade and implementation projects.
    • Extra credit if have one or more of the following language capabilities:  Arabic, German, Spanish or French
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Refined presentation skills and ability to deliver technical training via WebEx and in-person.
    • Customer service orientation and a bias for action and keeping commitments.
    • Self-directed work style.
    • Willingness to travel up to 70% depending on new customer
