    Reporting to Sr. Director, Customer Success, this position will manage overall programs (multiple project workstreams) on behalf of a given customer.

    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for achieving product operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing software delivery, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; managing client expectations; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
    • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; monitoring program budget and burn down rates, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
    • Obtain working knowledge of product set.
    • Ensure that modules created are developed to meet or exceed company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time in accordance with contract terms and constraints.
    • Lead program teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
    • Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to Management, executive staff and key stakeholders on an as needed basis.
    • Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities through structured change control process.
    • Coordinate with customer and IC Sponsor to create materials for Steering Committee meetings, and status reports, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer and internal feedback.
    • Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed client’s quality standards and functionality requirements
    • Lead program teams and facilitate the communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
    • Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to manager on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.
    • Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
    • Create and track plans for handoff’s to key departments during development life cycle including quality assurance, service and support

    Qualifications

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience and PMP certification
    • 5 – 8  year’s project management experience, with at least 2 year’s operating at the program level - preference for experience in cable Advertising Sales or broadcast media industry.
    • Strong business sense and ability to manage engagements with metrics and reporting to meet both customer needs and business commercial needs.
    • Ability to learn and understand Imagine Communications Media software products and implementation requirements in order to serve as implementation resource as needed
    • Ability to form strong, effective relationships with customers at all levels, from executive to end user.
    • Expertise at driving projects from start to finish, while creating realistic schedules, appropriately setting customer expectations, proactively identifying and managing risks, and adjusting to changing priorities
    • Ability to manage several projects of a highly complex nature simultaneously, with local and remote teams as well as external partners
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop and foster relationships.
    • Extra credit if you have
      • Media Advertising Traffic and Billing Operations experience 
      • On-site implementation
    • Willingness to travel 25 - 50%
