    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    Specific responsibilities are:

    • Achievement of revenue and orders targets
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities
    • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, coordinating and drawing on assistance from Technical Pre-sales, Bid Management and other operational areas as required
    • Manage relationship at management and operational levels with prospective customers and channel partners
    • Present proposals, manage negotiations and close sales
    • Understand customer needs, expectations and decision-making process
    • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline to manage priorities and provide forecasts
    • Be aware of competitive solutions in use by prospective customers, when those contracts expire and how Imagine can compete to potentially replace them
    • Build a political and organizational hierarchy mapping for each prospect to include decision makers, influencers, champions and budget holders
    • Gain strategic information about customers and the industry to help anticipate market trends
    • Participation in trade shows, client conferences, industry events etc.

     

    Qualifications

    SCOPE:

    This role will be accountable for the achievement of the AMS new business target for EMEA and APAC. The role carries full commercial accountability for new sales opportunities in the region and responsibility for the overall management of the sales cycle. This will require regular co-ordination and information exchange with other internal stakeholders, who together are responsible for the delivery of Imagine’s solutions to the market.

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Achievement of revenue and orders targets
    • Forecasting quarterly revenue and orders from the territory/customer base
    • Provide feedback to Product Line on customer requirements and competitive positioning
    • Prepare internal reports as requested
