    Specific duties include but are not limited to

    Imagine Communications has an opening on our Professional Service Client Service Team based in Denver, CO.  This position is responsible for all aspects of implementing our solution set and facilitating remote and onsite training for new and existing users for our MVPD product suite.


    • Develops, organizes and provides on-site and remote training to end users, tailoring the training to align with the client’s workflow and to meet the needs of the client company and/or their employees.  
    • Assists with creating user training guides for new product functionality and custom training requirements 
    • Works with client and functional organizations to establish training agenda and business objectives.  
    • Follows up to determine additional needs and direction of future training.
    • Supports the clients via phone and email on system questions and diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
    • Provides excellent customer service to our clients.
    • Completes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) associated with product releases.
    • Assists sales in presentations to prospective clients.
    • Travels up to 75% of the time to client sites and other company locations




    • Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, or related field required, or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of related work experience required
    • 3 years of prior experience and knowledge of cable sales software is preferred but will consider candidates with  Radio , Television Broadcast Operations, Broadcast Traffic Systems, rep firm or TV buying software, Nielsen (NSI) Ratings (Diary, Overnights)
    • 3+ years of working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Previous work experience including customer service support is preferred.
    • Prior experience working in a fast paced, change driven dynamic culture desired
    • Good communication skills to be able to interface with external/internal clients.
    • Training and troubleshooting Enterprise level Software
