Specific duties include but are not limited to

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing contracts and managing the processing of sales orders and billing changes into the order/billing system
  • Investigate, review, and provide resolution to billing related issues
  • Run invoice processes per agreed upon schedule
  • Reviews contract data for billing accuracy
  • Research customer agreements, addendums that outline the key rates, terms and conditions in various agreements
  • Develop and analyze spreadsheets to process monthly, quarterly billing
  • Responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and creating accurate customer invoices
  • Make suggestions to continually improve our processes and increase efficiency
  • Identify, contact and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues in a timely fashion

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical, judgment, and decision making skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage high volume workload effectively and efficiently
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and an initiative to work
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments at one time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
