Specific duties include but are not limited to


The Payroll Administrator is responsible for all payroll functions for Asia Pacific and UK employees. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of ADP and in-country payroll requirements, coordinates payroll-related reporting and requests.  

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operation of payroll, leave management, and all related functions for Asia-Pacific, India, and UK payroll
  • Interface with HR and Benefits personnel to ensure employee data, compensation and benefit deductions are accurate.
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies of payroll information or documentation and respond timely to payroll inquires; Provide helpful information and administrative support to employees
  • Assist with final pay preparation, severance pay, etc.
  • Process documents for new hires, changes in status or deductions and at termination
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports as necessary.
  • Provide support for all tax related issues and inquiries
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Provide support as assigned for various projects



Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years payroll administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Office, specifically with Excel
  • Knowledge of APAC payroll practices and principles
  • Knowledge of APAC employment laws and taxing requirements
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to respond to changing demands, priorities, procedures, and technology
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments

  • ADP Streamline
  • I-Admin systems
  • Workday (HCM only, not critical requirement)
