Specific duties include but are not limited to

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather, develop, and documenting product requirements and client needs for ERP and/or financial systems
  • Test, Validate and Document product requirements
  • Work directly with customers to understand needs and gather, define, and assist in prioritization of product and feature requirements
  • Work within a cross-functional environment with Engineering, Customer Support and Sales including our customer and vendor partners to ensure rapid evolution of the products
  • Train pre-sales and all demo staff on product functionality, key integrations, selling proposition, and competitive differentiators
  • Participate in prospect sales demonstrations as required
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • ERP/financial systems implementation required; Dynamics Ax or 365 experience preferred
  • Advertising Traffic & Billing experience preferred
  • 3 – 5 years previous work experience, preferably in the advertising space at a cable or broadcast TV organization or with an advertising technology vendor
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and drive to completion
  • Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change
  • Self-starting, personable, hard-working creative thinker
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
