Using the latest in Imagine and third party products such as Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Windows Server and VMWare, you will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise solutions to high profile customers.
You will be involved with (or lead) system design, onsite commissioning and installation of our software workflow products, as well as providing ongoing technical support.
You will work with the customer and the Sales team to develop or review system designs and plan workflow implementation, as required to ensure the solution delivers to client requirements and is clearly documented.
The position will interact with Customers, Sales, Product Line Management, System Integrators and other Service representatives to develop system design and address issues to help drive jobs to success.
You’ll provide post implementation support tracking cases through their lifecycle from inception to completion.
