Specific duties include but are not limited to


To provide product consultancy and support services to existing and potential clients. To work on the implementation of Imagine Communications software at client sites, providing user training and advice on clients’ operational workflow using Imagine Communications products. To be a product specialist, providing internal training and support.


This job description does not form part of your contract of employment.



The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for implementing Imagine Communications, Media Software Products, including training and support both internally and externally. This is a role providing billable services, involving frequent international travel.




  1. Deliver consultancy and training of internal and external clients in the use of Imagine Communications products and business tools
  2. Provide user training and support on-site during implementations.
  3. To take ownership of problems and ensure regular updates are given to clients on faults and other requests.
  4. To use expertise and in-depth knowledge of Imagine Communications products and services to provide immediate assistance to clients and other staff whenever possible.
  5. Development of e-Learning materials and ensure training documentation is prepared to required standards and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  6. To consider and make recommendations on initial set-up parameters and requirements, taking full account of present and future needs of the client.
  7. To advise and guide clients on adapting their workflow and practices in order for them to be better positioned to exploit the existing functionality contained within Imagine Communications products.
  8. To provide sales and account management teams with expert product and pre-sales support when necessary.
  9. To build positive working relationships with clients at all levels.
  10. Day to day client support and help-desk activities as and when required.
  11. Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.
  12. To ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.

The successful candidate must be a self-motivated and committed individual who thrives in a challenging, dynamic environment. They must be prepared to travel extensively and be able to communicate effectively with clients and management. A flexible, people orientated person, who is dedicated to customer service and always prepared to go the extra mile in order to meet customer expectations and project deadlines.






  1. Experience of delivering professional training/education on business systems software
  2. Experience as a consumer or administrator of broadcast operations systems
  3. Successful implementation of business systems software
  4. Providing support to users of broadcast systems software




  1. Knowledge of Imagine Communications software products:
    1. Broadcast Master
    2. Landmark Rights and Scheduling (Vision)
    3. Landmark Airtime Sales
  2. Multi-Lingual; Particularly Arabic, German, Spanish or French




  1. Training, Coaching and Presentation skills
  2. Communication: Strong interpersonal and client facing communication skills
  3. Broadcast operational systems and workflow knowledge
  4. Ability to work effectively and independently in pressure situations




    1. Expertise in functionality, use and support of one or more Imagine Communications, International Media products
    2. Business systems analysis skills
